Does Your Organization Provide Online Disease Education to Consumers?

Research from Minneapolis marketing firm Russell Herder shows social media is transforming the way patients are disclosing health info and seeking comfort following diagnosis. Is your organization available to them when needed? From Healthcare IT News:

They also noted that patients’ apparent proclivity to disclose information about an illness reinforces the importance of immediate access to counseling and support after a diagnosis. ”
