Hospitals Use Games as Tool for Internal and External Engagement

Everyone’s using gaming as a marketing tool these days, and health providers are no exception. My question is, how do you maintain a threshold of credibility when your website features a “find the hidden cardiologist” game? Anna Webster in HealthLeaders Media:

“But children aren’t the only demographic for hospital marketing games. Gaming techniques can also appeal to adult patients and even healthcare staff while keeping costs at a minimum.”
